Our Values
In practically assisting businesses we are aware of two critical elements ...

A theoretical element which manifests itself in budgets, cash flows, plans, predicted return on effort and investment and the like.
An organization has to be able to provide sufficient return on its capital and human investment to remain viable and in the long term be able to reward the investors for the time and capital invested.
A human management and operational element. Many marginal organisations survive if the quality of management is good.
Conversely, many organisations, which should be viable, flounder if the human element is deficient.
From our experience we believe that many "issues" associated with business growth and development are trend or fad related, and sadly these are seen to be more important than agreed outcomes.
For that reason we have a policy of only accepting those projects which take a responsible approach to sustainable business and organisational development, and which take into consideration the likely impacts on the community, economic and social environment in which they operate.
